Online store mobimax.bg offers a wide range of high-quality products, arranged in categories and subcategories. Each item has a brief description of the main parameters, functions and ways of working with the products. The website is not responsible for technical errors that may occur in the description of the goods and their parameters.
The prices of all goods include value added tax /VAT/ and do not include the amount for delivery to the customer. The prices of the products may be changed without prior notice, as the current price remains at the time of placing the order, which is done by pressing the ‘CART’ button and following the instructions for entering the recipient, address, payment method and delivery. After confirming the order, you will receive a letter - confirmation with the content of the requested items at the e-mail address you provided.
Purchasing products from the online store requires user registration and/or provision of personal data, such as names, city, postal code, delivery and correspondence addresses, contact telephone numbers, e-mail, and others, which users provide at their own request and voluntarily. The personal data of our customers are stored in accordance with current legislation and are used for the following purposes:
- user identification;
- processing of received requests;
- optimization of the store's operation and sales statistics;
- direct marketing - sending information messages, after the customer's explicit consent;
The user agrees that personal information will be used for the above-mentioned purposes, but without being distributed to third parties, except in cases where it is required by the authorized authorities in accordance with the law.
The delivery time for goods is standard 1 - 3 days, and for some items, delivery may be 2 - 4 weeks. When the items are not available, we are obliged to notify you within 1 day. The website is not responsible for any delay in the delivery of the goods due to the courier's fault, incorrect address or other force majeure circumstances.
Guarantees and complaints: According to Art. 55, para. 1 of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), the consumer has the right, without having to pay compensation or penalty and without giving a reason, to refuse the goods received within fourteen working days from the date of receipt of the goods. In this case, the trader is obliged to refund the consumer in full the amounts paid by him no later than 30 days from the date on which the consumer exercised his right to refuse the goods, according to Art. 55, para. 6 of the CPA. The amounts are refunded in cash or to the customer's bank account. The consumer is obliged to store the goods received, their quality and safety during the period under Art. 55, para. 1 of the CPA. In order to return the purchased products, it is a mandatory condition that they are in good commercial condition, without being used and without the integrity of the packaging being broken. The products must correspond to the type in which they were received by the consumer. Products that do not meet these conditions are not subject to return and refusal according to the Consumer Protection Act. The website has the right to refuse the return of a product, in accordance with the current legislation. When returning a purchased product, the transport costs are at the expense of the customer and are not refundable.
