1. Cash on delivery - Customer pays total amount to the courier when the goods/services are being delivered to. No advance payment is required. This method is available only for domestic shipments.
2. Payment in Cash - Available when customer visits and buys goods/services from our stores.
3. Paypal. This payment is proceeding after redirecting the customer to secure paypal site. Only for registered paypal users.
4. Credit/Debit card payment.
You can make a payment by the following credit / debit cards: MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, V PAY.
The transaction currency for card payments is Bulgarian Lev (BGN). If there are prices on the site in other currencies, in addition to Bulgarian Lev, these are for informational purposes only and may not be exactly equal to the billed amount on your card account in the same currency.
Please note that your V PAY or MasterCard Electronic card will be accepted only if it is registered for participation in the online authentication schemes Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode.
The maximum amount per transaction is BGN 10,000. Payment will be made through the Borica secure server, in case the card is registered in schemes for online authentication Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode, you will be redirected to the site of your bank for further authentication.
Mobimax does not collect or store any information about your means of payment such as name, number and card expiry date.
If the transaction is successful (received authorization), a transaction receipt is displayed onscreen, which you print or save.
In case we need to return you money for paid to us with a card contracted or delivered / performed goods or services, we will refund you by a credit transaction on the card used for the original purchase up to 30 days after transaction.
5. Bank transfer payment method - This can be done after issuing a proforma invoice for the goods/services ordered . All needed details are written in the proforma.
